The Story Behind Home Prep Co.
Throughout my career I have managed projects that required planning, coordination, and accountability — bringing many moving parts together toward a single successful outcome. Those experiences taught me what a well-managed project looks like. They also taught me what happens when no one is truly responsible for the whole process.
A few years ago I found myself coordinating a property preparation project for an owner who was not in a position to manage it directly. Multiple trades, tight timelines, and dozens of details all needing to happen in the right sequence.
The property was ready on schedule. But what stayed with me was not the outcome. It was the realisation of how many homeowners face exactly that challenge without anyone responsible for bringing all the pieces together.
Good contractors exist. Reliable cleaners, skilled painters, experienced landscapers. What is consistently missing is someone to coordinate the entire process, assess the situation, build the plan, manage the trades, and take responsibility for the result.
That gap is why Home Prep Co. exists.
I built this company on the belief that successful outcomes come from structure, clear communication, and genuine accountability. Not just for individual task but for the whole project, from the first assessment to the final sign-off.
